Cameron Douglas has spent the last 10 years as a professional musician and music producer in Sydney. He has been active in the Australian Festival and music scene, playing at iconic events such as Field Day, Playground Weekender, Good Vibrations and Homebake as well as playing in Sydney’s top clubs. After performing extensively over many years, Cameron’s wealth of experience in the industry has primed him to over see every detail of event production.
After countless festivals, events and functions his intuition of what works and what doesn’t has played an instrumental part in the organisation, development and success of QCE. Cameron’s speciality and talent in orchestrating the perfect ambience, combined with his passion for event arrangement is one of QCE’s greatest assets.
Levi Foster has been producing large-scale events since 1996 and brings a wealth of experience to the QCE table. Levi has twelve years experience behind the decks, and a proven track record producing and executing large-scale events, parties and romantic occasions. Levi is one of QCE’s founding directors and has co-ordinated countless successful shows with his accumulated knowledge and contact base within the Australian music and events industry.
Levi is the founder and leader of the La Fiesta Sound system and has held successful residencies in Sydney’s most exclusive clubs and periodic parties. Levi’s talents also extend to the music production studio where his ‘Denim Label” has had top 5 success on the UK dance chart. Levi is easy to work with and has dealt with thousands of happy clients in his extensive career. Levi shines in event logistics, DJ/Sound Systems and live production.
Meg Drummond is QCE’s secret weapon! Her knowledge of the performance industry is truly extensive both as a performer, on stage and behind the scene’s. Meg has done everything, from owning a successful dance school to being a pivotal part of record label Shoestring Records (Independent label of the year 03-05). Meg’s greatest asset is her knowledge of production and event coordination.
Meg’s unique position as a consummate performer in the top clubs week in and week out means that she actively seeks new talent to bring to QCE clients every week. As a previous booking agent, Megs understands that it is pivotal to know your artists and how they perform, ensuring that QCE has the best and most appropriate performers at all times.
Her attention to detail and her organisational skills means that QCE is always at the top of their game.
With a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance from the prestigious Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Mark Matthews has nurtured his passion for music and entertainment. Mark’s knowledge of jazz and classical has enabled him to lead QCE’s Jazz and Classical department. Marks skills in musical composition and arrangement allow him to compose music for you special event and have our talented teams of musicians perform it for you. As QCE’s jazz / classical event coordinator, Mark brings his passion, eminence and ambiance to QCE and it’s clients.
Subie is QCE’s dance and event choreographer. Subie has vast experience as a dancer and choreographer being the lead Hed Kandi dancer in Ibiza and dancer of the year at the National Rugby League Entertainment Awards. Her passion for movement has enabled her to coordinate many elements of QCE’s events and functions. Subie is not only expert in the realm of dance but specialises in coordinating the entire flow of events, ensuring they run seamlessly. Subie has had over 10 years experience as a dance choreographer and has produced routines for major events and festivals using her charisma and professionalism.
